STEP 1/5
Soak the seaweed and remove the water through a sieve.

Chop the shiitake mushrooms into small pieces.

Pour a little bit of sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry soaked seaweed, 1T of soy sauce, and 1T of minced garlic.
*Use soy sauce to add water and season while boiling.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry them together.
STEP 5/5
Add about 4 cups of water and continue to boil.
Taste it while boiling. If it's too bland, season it with soy sauce^^
** The longer you boil seaweed soup, the thicker the soup becomes and it's delicious.
My secret is to keep boiling it with water^^
People usually use soy sauce for seaweed soup,
I use dark soy sauce when I stir-fry seaweed and shiitake mushrooms.
Shiitake mushrooms are better seasoned and delicious ^^
When the soup is bland, season the soy sauce little by little!
