Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Soak Chinese glass noodles in cold water for 8 to 10 hours. You need to soak it in cold water for a long time to make it chewy.

Please prepare the squid by cutting it in a different way.

First, add green onion and oil and make green onion oil.

Stir-fry the green onions and then add the onions.

When onions become transparent, stir-fry the sliced squid and shrimp. I'm going to add 1T of Mirim to control the fishy smell of seafood.

At first, I was wondering if I should overdo the starch in the jajang sauce, but when I stir-fry the glass noodles, the glass noodles absorb a lot of moisture, so I didn't need the starch separately. And I only put seafood in it. If you like meat, I think it'll be good if you put meat in it'll be good
