STEP 1/8
Wash the bean sprouts clean, cut the tofu thickly, and cut the radish into bite-sized pieces. Cut red pepper and green onion diagonally, and prepare enoki mushrooms by cutting the bottom and washing them in running water once. I used dried red pepper, so you can add regular red pepper or green pepper
STEP 2/8
Cut the salted pollack roe into 2~3 pieces. It's good to cook stew like this, and it tastes good with Cheongyang red pepper and sesame oil. I'll hang the link below for the salted pollack roe
STEP 3/8
Put the anchovy pack and kelp in about 6 mug of water and boil the broth. When you boil it in anchovy broth, it adds a refreshing and savory taste. When it starts to boil, let it boil over medium heat for about 5 minutes and remove the ingredients
STEP 4/8
Add the sliced radish and boil
STEP 5/8
When the radish is cooked enough to soften, add bean sprouts and salted pollack roe and boil it
STEP 6/8
Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder and boil it. If you want to eat red pepper powder more spicy or neat, add it to your liking
STEP 7/8
Add tofu and minced garlic and boil. Salted pollack roe was seasoned, so I didn't add extra seasoning, and when I boil it, the seasoning comes out from the salted fish. If you want additional seasoning depending on the strength of the salted pollack roe, you can use salt, but the seasoning is just right even if you don't do it separately
STEP 8/8
When it's done, add enoki mushrooms, green onions, and red pepper and boil it for a little longer
