STEP 1/14
First, prepare the meat in a thickness of 2cm thick.
Leave at room temperature 30 minutes to 1 hour before cooking to remove the cold air.
For marinade ingredients, 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, a little bit of herb salt, and a little bit of rosemary, okay
STEP 2/14
[Steak marinated]
Spread olive oil (1-2 tbsp) evenly over steak meat and sprinkle with a little herb salt.
Place rosemary on top and marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
STEP 3/14
I prepared a little broccoli, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes for garnish.
STEP 4/14
Peel a layer of mushroom and cut the column short.
STEP 5/14
Cut off the broccoli and remove the small leaves.
Soak the head in cold water with 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar for about 5 minutes, rinse it several times with clean water and strain it through a sieve.
STEP 6/14
I cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
STEP 7/14
Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 30 to 40 seconds.
(I'm going to bake it again in a pan with mushroom, so I blanched it lightly.)
STEP 8/14
Immediately soak the blanched broccoli in cold water to cool off the residual heat.
Drain on a sieve.
STEP 9/14
[Grilling steak]
Place grill pan on top of induction and preheat with turbo first.
When smoke comes up from the pan, put a steak of marinade on top and bake it for 1 minute each, reduce it to 3 steps, apply butter, and bake it for 30 seconds each back and forth!
STEP 10/14
When grilling steak with a gas stove, bake it on the highest heat for 1 minute each, reduce it to medium and low heat, and then apply butter to bake it once more for 30 seconds each.
STEP 11/14
Cover the deliciously baked steak with paper foil and rest for about 5 minutes.
That way you can have a soft steak full of juicy meat :)
STEP 12/14
Grill vegetables while you're steak-resting :)
STEP 13/14
Cut the steak into the right thickness
STEP 14/14
Finish with vegetables, sauce, and deliciously grilled steak on a plate :)
