Cooking Steps

Cut the square fish cake into 3 pieces horizontally, cut the chicken breast to fit the size of the fish cake, and cut the cabbage horizontally. If you parboil fish cake in hot water, you can eat it more lightly. I was a bit lazy so I just stir-fried it.

Add 1 tablespoon of brewed soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of low-salt fish sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide and stir-fry quickly. It tastes good even if you add oyster sauce instead of brewed soy sauce

When it's done, turn off the heat, add chopped green onions and sesame seeds, and mix them evenly using the remaining heat.

The point is to stir-fry it quickly because water is easy to form because raw cabbage is added. If you have leftover vegetables in the refrigerator, you can stir-fry them together
