Cut the grilled tofu and green onions into 1cm pieces, shred the onions, and slice the red and white vinegar diagonally

Making marinade: Add soy sauce 6, red pepper powder 2, garlic 1, sugar 1, cooking wine 2, oyster sauce and mix well

Put 2 spoonfuls of perilla oil under the pan and put a tofu on it

On top of the tofu, put onions, green onions, red vinegar, and strawberry vinegar

Add a cup of water to 4 and add the sauce

Squeeze 5 over low heat for about 20 minutes Turn off the heat when the water gets dry
For braised tofu, just a little bit to season
