STEP 1/4

Put salt in the cockles and wash them for about 30 minutes, soak them in water 5 to 7 times, wash them clean, and boil them with water and 1T of flavor. Remove any impurities from boiling. The seaweed soup stock was about 750mL, and there was no difference. If you boil cockles with plenty of water, you don't need to add more water.
STEP 2/4
Please take out the cockles with a fork.
Soak seaweed in water and stir-fry it over medium heat with sesame oil.

Boil the roasted seaweed with cockle broth.

Especially, cockle seaweed soup is one of the seasonal foods that can be tasted in winter, and it seems that children and adults can enjoy it. My little ones, I started eating cockles while eating clams, I originally bought the smallest pack, but now I can increase the amount and buy it little by little, so my little ones are singing.
The children eat seaweed soup so well, so I strongly recommend it because the soup is really cool when I make cockle seaweed soup.
