Set aside the oyster one at a time.

You have to check if water parsley has leeches and wash them clean.

Make mustard sauce with mustard, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and cooking wine.

Put a kitchen towel on the beef and cover it with a kitchen towel to wipe the blood off.
There was a lot of blood coming out.

Season beef with salt and pepper.

Add oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and minari to beef and roll them up.

Grill the rolled meat roll in a frying pan without oiling it.
When you eat at home, you can grill the meat roll at the table and eat it with water and vegetables as doenjang stew, or you can mix vegetables and rice.
It's more delicious if you dip it in mustard sauce than you think.
