Christmas Fried Rice / Minari Kimchi Fried Rice
Instead of fried eggs, I put an egg net on top and made it into a more special fried rice I made kimchi fried rice with water parsley, and the scent of water parsley was very refreshing and delicious^^*

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Kimchi, onion, ham, squid, water parsley
I chopped them all up

Place perilla oil in a heated pan and add brown sugar,
Add soy sauce and red pepper paste in order

Add black rice and stir-fry it

Water parsley is eaten raw, so you can cook it in the heat

It's good to add ketchup to the fried rice that kids eat If you add oyster sauce, it's more savory
