I'll make curry first. Slice the onion thinly.

In a skillet covered with cooking oil, saute the onions until brown.

Add solid curry, water and ketchup to stir-fry onion and bring to a boil.

Slice boiled potatoes, paprika, zucchini, eggplant and onion into bite-size pieces.

Add salt, pepper and cooking wine to chicken leg meat.

Grill the chicken deliciously in an oiled pan.

Please grill the vegetables separately, too.

If you put various vegetables on a skewer and put them on top of curry, Sapporo-style soup curry is complete!
Cooking Mirim removes the smell of chicken!
