STEP 1/7
Please prepare pork. If you don't like fat, prepare front leg meat instead of pork belly I prepared 400g. It's about 1.5 servings.

Prepare 1 onion, 7 whole garlic, and 2 green onions (I added 1 piece) and put them in a pot and fill the pot with 75-80% of the pot with water to soak the meat.

I added ginger extract, but if you don't have it, please add about 1 spoon of ginger powder. If you don't have ginger powder, you can skip it.

Add 2 spoons of soybean paste and boil over high heat

When the water boils, add the prepared meat. (I didn't do anything to remove the smell of the pig, but it didn't smell at all^^)
Boil over high heat for about 10 minutes, then reduce to medium heat and cook for about 30 more minutes. It's done if you poke it with chopsticks so that it doesn't bleed and goes in well.
STEP 6/7
Place well-cooked meat on a cutting board and cut into desired thicknesses~~

Put it on a plate and eat it. That's it! Salted shrimp is perfect for boiled porkIf you eat it with kimchi, it's icing on the cake!
If you boil it for too long, the meat gets tough and tastes bad.(Especially if you use front leg meat)
