Dried fish stir-fry side dish that changed the recipe for season
I tried seasoned dried fish that I didn't cook these days with dried squid. Like the title, I changed the cooking method, but before, I seasoned it and stir-fried it, but this time I stir-fried it and then seasoned it. I think I did it on a show with seasoned Jongwon Baek. I didn't see that episode, so I looked it up on the blog and tried to it.

Ingredients
  • Dried squid
  • red pepper paste
  • Red pepper powder
  • Oligosaccharide
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame
  • Water
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Dried squid is long, so I cut it into the right size with scissors because it might be uncomfortable to eat.
STEP 2/5
Place in a wide pan and spray with water to moisten. When I spray it with a sprayer, it gets soaked in dried squid. It's amazing how you came up with the sprayer. Hahaha, turn on the heat and stir-fry it.
STEP 3/5
1T of red pepper paste (very big), 2T of red pepper powder, 2T of oligosaccharide, and 2T of sesame oil were added to make the sauce. There was ginger juice in the recipe, but there was no ginger juice, so I passed it.
STEP 4/5
Put the sauce in the stir-fried dried squid and mix it. The seasoning was dry, so I put sesame oil on it.
STEP 5/5
It's not stir-fried dried . It's done ^^ Once I make it, I think I eat it for a week as a side dish.
