Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut pork belly into appropriate sizes
STEP 2/5
Cut cabbage kimchi into appropriate sizes, put cooking oil in a pan, add kimchi, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, and stir-fry it (high heat)
STEP 3/5
Stir-fry kimchi for about 5 minutes, push it to one side of the pan, add pork belly, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of ginger, and pepper. (High heat)
STEP 4/5
When the pork belly is cooked, stir-fry it while mixing it with kimchi.
STEP 5/5
Add 1 tablespoon of perilla oil, stir-fry again, and place in a bowl.
You can decide the time to stir-fry kimchi according to your preference.
