Japanese home-flavored lotus root stew
I made one kinpira burdock with lotus root on Japanese side dishes. Very simple and delicious side dish~(^o^)/

  • Cooking oil

  • Sesame

  • thick soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Peel the pension and soak it in water for 10 minutes.

It's good to make it with carrots, and it would be good to add red pepper powder.
