STEP 1/11
Before I make it
1. Remove eggs, butter and milk from refrigerator in advance
2. Make butter liquid using a microwave or double-hot water (melting ^^)
3. Sift together gravitational flour (or soft flour) and baking powder
STEP 2/11
Beat in eggs, add sugar and salt and mix well
STEP 3/11
Add the milk that has been left in the cold bowl and mix. (If taken straight out of the refrigerator, heat the milk slightly and add it.)
STEP 4/11
add quince and syrup
STEP 5/11
Add sifted flour and baking powder
STEP 6/11
Mix gently with a spatula
STEP 7/11
Add the liquidated butter and mix
STEP 8/11
Place butter (or parchment paper) in mold and add dough
STEP 9/11
Put quince syrup on top as decoration (you can skip this process or put nuts etc.)
STEP 10/11
Bake for about 15 minutes in a 170-degree convection oven, then center the dough with a buttered spatula and cover it
(Effect to make it look pretty/ To prevent the quince on top from burning too much)
STEP 11/11
I baked it again at 170 degrees for another 15 minutes..If you poke it with chopsticks and there's nothing on it, take it out of the oven
After cooling, apply quince extract on top as if coating
(There's barely any extract from my quince syrup...I put apple syrup on it
