Seasoned boiled pork in Jeju Island
When I was young, I liked it so much that I thought it would be good to live on only the horn. It's hard to see these days, but I heard that it's going to be harder to see in the future, so I ordered it from Jeju Island. Children like it and it's very good as a side dish.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Beaumal lives on the rocks and is clean, so wash it twice and boil it with 1 ton of salt.
STEP 2/6
Chop the peppers into small pieces.
STEP 3/6
Chop the onions, too.
STEP 4/6
Remove the kernels from the boiled bomal with a yoke or haripin.
STEP 5/6
Make a sauce with soy sauce, red pepper powder, ginger liquor, chopped onions, and chopped red pepper.
STEP 6/6
Put the go-dong in here and mix it with sesame seeds and pepper.
When boiling, add a little salt and boil it. You can peel it with a yohji or haripin and just eat it. It's really good if you season it and eat it as a side dish. It tastes similar to a conch.
