  • Bok choy
    2ea
  • Self-cooked shrimp
    1cup
  • leek
    2TS
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • Cooking oil
    2TS
  • Sesame oil
    1/2TS
  • Soy sauce
    1ts
  • Oyster sauce
    1ts
  • Sugar
    1/3ts
  • Water
    1TS
  • potato starch
    1/3ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
*Cut the bottom of bok choy and remove one leaf at a time.
*Please defrost frozen cocktail shrimp.
*Add the above amount of seasoning and mix to make soy sauce.
*Cut the green onions.
STEP 2/6
Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry minced garlic and green onions (about 2-3 minutes)
STEP 3/6
Add shrimp and stir-fry. (About 1 to 2 minutes)
STEP 4/6
Add bok choy and stir-fry. when I'm out of breathlessly
STEP 5/6
Add soy sauce and mix.
STEP 6/6
Add sesame oil and place in a bowl.
You have to stir-fry bok choy a little to make it crunchy.
