Japanese Curry / S&B Tokekomu Curry Making
Hello, I'm the dad who makes mamma. My wife wants to eat curry today. As soon as I'm done talking, I'm going to the mart to buy ingredients for curry I bought my favorite meat, potatoes, my wife's favorite mushrooms, and eggplants and came home. After traveling to Japan, I prepare S&B (Doge rubber curry~ medium spicy) and onions recommended by an acquaintance who lives there. Let me introduce you to making curry for dad who makes mamma.

Ingredients
  • solid curry

  • Sirloin with pork

    1000~1200ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13

In the past, when my mom made curry, I ate more than 2 meals, right? So I prepared 8 servings
STEP 2/13
Slice one onion and put it in an oiled frying pan.
STEP 3/13
Stir-fry onions over high heat until brown.
STEP 4/13
If the onion color has changed, add the pork sirloin.
STEP 5/13
Stir-fry pork over high heat until it changes color.
STEP 6/13
Add 1,000ml to 12,000ml (5-6 cups) of water and simmer over high heat for 20 minutes.
5 cups (1,000ml) is appropriate when you eat it right away. If you want to share it several times, add about 6 cups
STEP 7/13
After 20 minutes, add 2 shredded potatoes and boil over high heat for about 3 minutes.
STEP 8/13
Add solid curry. [S&B Tokkekomu Curry] [Medium spicy]
STEP 9/13
Stir in the curry and boil it over high heat for 5 minutes.
STEP 10/13
Add the mushrooms and boil over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.

It's done.
It's dad's curry that makes double eggplant flower toppings on the left, and heart topping wife's curry made of eggplant on the right.
