Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Slice shiitake mushrooms (20g), bok choy (2), bamboo shoots (30g), and bell peppers (40g).
STEP 2/6
Add American pork belly (300g), egg (a little), chicken powder (30g), pepper (3g), sesame oil (40g), potato starch (50g), and total juice and mix well to knead.

Make the meatballs round and fry them in oil..
