STEP 1/8
First, cut half of the onion.
Butadong doesn't need any vegetables.
It's easy to make it with onions
You can make it simple for your own students, too.
STEP 2/8
Next, make the sauce.
1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of sugar,
Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and mix well.
Instead of minced garlic, ginger is added.
There was no ginger, so I replaced it with minced garlic.
STEP 3/8
Then, put 200g of sliced pork belly in a frying pan,
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir-fry it.
STEP 4/8
When the sugar is all melted, add the onions.
And add the sauce.
STEP 5/8
I prefer to bake thoroughly rather than with sauce.
If you like the sauce left in your mouth
Grill it deliciously according to your preference.
STEP 6/8
When the meat is cooked, put it on top of the rice
Place the meat on top of it deliciously.
STEP 7/8
And lastly
Place one egg yolk in the middle.
Because of the fishy taste of eggs
If you can't eat raw eggs, please put 1 fried egg on top.

Lastly, sprinkle parsley powder
Delicious butadong is done.
It's much simpler than I thought.
Since it's Japanese style
It's not that stimulating.
The sweet and salty taste of the meat and the lightness of the yolk
It was a delicious meal because it went well together.
