STEP 1/6
1. Prepare 1 large sweet potato.
Wash the sweet potatoes with the skin
Cut it into tteokbokki-sized pieces
Soak in cold water to remove starch.

2. Prepare 15 peeled quail eggs.
Cut the onions, green onions, cabbage, and fish cakes into large pieces.

3. Prepare tteokbokki rice cake by washing it slightly under running water.

4. 4T red pepper paste in a pan. 2T red pepper powder. 2T oligosaccharide. 2T sugar 2T.
Add 3T of soy sauce, 1T of ketchup, 1/3T of minced garlic
Add 600ml of anchovy kelp stock.

5. Put in the sweet potato and tteokbokki rice cake in number 4
Turn it on high heat and turn it down to medium heat when it boils
Boil it for about a minute while stirring with a wooden spatula

6. Peeled quail eggs prepared by #2 above.Onions, cabbages.Green onion
Stir it until the sweet potatoes are cooked
If you boil it, it's done.
1. My measurement is 1T for a spoonful of rice.
2. Adjust the sweetness, saltiness, and spicy taste according to your preference.
3. If there is no anchovy stock, add water~
4. If you put quail eggs that are smaller than boiled eggs in tteokbokki
The seasoning cuts well.
