STEP 1/9
Soak the glass noodles in cold water. (More than 1 hour)

Remove the roots of spinach, put water in a pot and boil, add a little bit of salt, blanch for 30 to 40 seconds

Rinse in cold water three or four times and drain on a sieve.

Squeeze the remaining water out of the spinach.Please change 2 tablespoons of roasted sesame seeds to a bat.

Boil 3 tablespoons of soy sauce in 3 cups of water, then boil the glass noodles.Drain on a sieve.

Mix 1 tablespoon sesame oil in drained glass noodles.Mix spinach with 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1/3 tbsp of salt.

When the glass noodles are cooled to a certain extent, add 2 tablespoons of sesame salt and mix with spinach.
STEP 8/9
Roll together a few strands of glass noodles and two strands of spinach (depending on size)

Put it in a bowl.
Since it's not japchae that I ate as a side dish, I cook the glass noodles not salty and eat them like a staple food or snack.Of course, you can season it more and eat it as a side dish.
