Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Raw mackerel doesn't smell fishy even if you wash it and cook it right away Dip frozen mackerel in rice water to get rid of the fishy smell. Soak it in rice water for about 20 minutes, cut it into 3 pieces, and sprinkle 2 spoons of ginger liquor to set the ingredients

Cut the radish thickly and prepare onions, green onions, and chili peppers
