Make mustard sauce to dip in mini kimbap. Add 1T of soft mustard, 1T of soy sauce, 1T of vinegar, 1T of sugar, and 2T of water and mix well with mustard. It's even better if you dip it in mustard sauce. I'm going to make it in the style of drug gimbap style.
