Sweet potato pie for men and women of all ages, perfect dessert
A super easy pie that you can succeed if you follow along even if you don't know much about cooking! Here is a recipe for sweet potato pie that is easy and simple, but you can put some mulberry on your shoulder with great taste. You don't have to eat it hot, so you can make it in advance, and it's good to take it for a potluck party, right? Southern food is the best dessert, and I made it by modifying and supplementing the recipe of Georgia singer and cook Trisha Yearwood.

Ingredients
  • pie sheet

  • sweet potato

  • Butter
    2T
  • Cream cheese
    2T
  • Milk
    1/4cup
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • Sugar
    1/4cup
  • Vanilla Extrack
    1tsp
  • cinnamon powder
    1/4tsp
  • Salt
    1tsp
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Boil three medium-sized sweet potatoes
Peel off the skin when it's hot
Mash it roughly with a fork.
STEP 2/6
When it's still warm
Add 2T of butter and 2T of cream cheese and melt it
When it's all melted and mixed, the rest of the peeling ingredients
-Milk, egg, sugar, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, salt -
Put it in and mix it well.

If you mix it well so that you can't tell what ingredients are in it

Pour all the filling into the pie shell or the graham cracker crust
STEP 5/6
Bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit (about 150 degrees Celsius).

It's swollen like this when you take it out of the oven, but when it cools, it sinks again.
1. It's okay to make it with a pie sheet made of flour, but it's better if you use crusts used to make cheesecakes or tarts. 2. You can't eat it right away as soon as you take it out of the oven. After cooling it down, put it in the refrigerator for about an hour and take it out to cut it nicely.
