Jujube pear jam: I think it's suitable for winter...
If you still have less crumpled jujube, try making it. It can be jam or tea.

Ingredients
  • jujube
    400g
  • ship
    800g
  • Sugar
    400g
  • Ginger
    2TS
  • lemon juice
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Wash the jujube clean and drain
Only the jujube meat is removed
STEP 2/9
Jujube seeds are also good for the body, so we'll leave them in the freezer and make tea
STEP 3/9
In a jam-pot, cut the pear into small pieces with the jujube flesh and measure the sugar:
I added 1/3 of the total weight of jujube and pear, but adjust the amount of sugar to your taste
STEP 4/9
After mixing enough sugar
Boil over medium heat and when there's moisture -
STEP 5/9
Change it with a hand mixer.
STEP 6/9
Add ginger extract and lemon juice
Bring to a boil on low heat
STEP 7/9
It splatters a lot because there is a lot of moisture in the stomach, so you have to put the lid on it (don't close it tightly and leave the gap open) to boil it so that you won't get in trouble;;
STEP 8/9
Open the lid, stir it, cover it again, and boil it down
Repeat to make jam: Boil for about 40 minutes.
STEP 9/9
Put it in a glass bottle and boil it upside down
It goes into a vacuum.
