<Cleaning mushrooms>
For two handfuls of mandarins, cut off the dirty bottom of the bottom and shake the dirt off the torso.
If it doesn't remove well and feels uncomfortable, wash it lightly under running water and shake off the water.

< Making dough - 1>
Place a bowl of rice in a large bowl, two handfuls of finely chopped mandak mushrooms, 1/3 onions, 1/3 paprika and 2 eggs, 3 times pepper and 3 pinch of salt.

After wearing sanitary gloves, mix rice and vegetables well with eggs.

<Cooking until golden - 2>
Cover a preheated frying pan with moderate cooking oil, scoop the dough with a spoon and place it on the pan.

Press the dough gently with a spoon, 4 minutes per side on low heat, about 8 minutes in total.Please fry it to the back until it is golden brown.

<Remove grease>
Remove oil using oil paper or kitchen towel.
The texture is alive with mushrooms and vegetables, and it's full with rice. It may be too salty for adults to eat, so please add a pinch of salt when you eat it with soy sauce or when making dough. Thank you.^-^
