I'm going to season the sticky rice glue (10 cups)
Salted shrimp (5 cups), sand lance extract (2 cups), anchovy extract (2 cups), red pepper powder (1 kg),
4 cups of minced garlic, 4T of minced ginger, 1 cup of onion, 4 persimmons, and a little salt
Make kimchi seasoning in advance so that red pepper powder swells.
If it's our secret
Instead of using sugar, use persimmon to make it sweet

I don't really like kimchi stuffing
While preparing for the white kimchi, I prepared a bit more, and some of them put in the kimchi
Some of them don't have kimchi inside..
Cut the radish into thin slices, soak it in salt, wash it, and squeeze it
Cut the chives (tier 1) into 5cm long pieces and season them slightly with fish sauce.
Mix the two well and mix them gently to make the inside of the kimchi.
