STEP 1/11
Material preparation
- Remove blood from beef cattle on a kitchen towel

- Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and season with 2 pinch of herb salt

- Cut the tomatoes in hot water after cutting them in hot water
- If the skin is lifted, take it out and peel it
Tip. You can put it in boiling water. It's hot, so be careful with your hands!!

- Cut peeled tomatoes into cubes (size doesn't matter)
- Cut potatoes into smaller cubes than beef cattle
- Cut red paprika, onion, and carrot into small pieces
- Slice garlic thickly

- Put some oil in the pan and stir-fry it over high heat
STEP 6/11
- When the color changes, add garlic, onions, and carrots and stir-fry them over medium heat

- When onions become transparent, add tomatoes and stir-fry them

- When tomatoes are crushed, add all the other ingredients and boil

I added a skewer of chicken stock and a little paprika powder, but I excluded it from the recipe.

- When potatoes are cooked, season them with salt
Tip. If it has a strong sour taste, add sugar to it.
STEP 11/11
Beef stew with beef cattle is complete!
- Try dipping it with baked bread and putting the ingredients on top of it.
