Cooking Steps

Wash the oysters in salt water about twice,

Drain on a sieve.

Peel the pear and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Chop the garlic finely, chop the peppers thickly, and the chives 1cm long.

Add red pepper powder, soy sauce, salt and minced garlic and mix well.
