STEP 1/5
Heating jokbal in the microwave
If it's frozen jokbal, heat it in the microwave for about 2 minutes and cut it for bulgogi.
STEP 2/5
Making marinade
8 spoons of soy sauce, 3 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of starch syrup, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 3 spoons of mirin, 1 spoon of sesame oil, a little pepper, 1 mashed kiwi
Put the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
STEP 3/5
marinating in the sauce
In a large bowl, add 400g of jokbal, 1 onion of sirloin, and the sauce made just before mixing well and let it ripen at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
STEP 4/5
Boil it like boiling it down
Put the aged jokbal, a handful of carrots, and 20ml of water in a frying pan heated over high heat, and bring to a boil.
When the water boils, turn down to medium heat, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.
STEP 5/5
Add green onions and wrap it up
Lastly, add a handful of chopped green onions and stir-fry for an additional minute.
No matter how much fruit you grind and put in various sauces, it can be a little greasy if you keep eating it because it's the oil from jokbal.
If you wrap it in a wrap or put green onion salad on it, it goes well with it.
Enjoy the hard-boiled pork feet you ordered, and if the pig feet are left and you don't want to eat them, try this.
If you eat it with green onion salad, you can taste a special taste unexpectedly.
Thank you.^-^
