STEP 1/9
First, prepare the vegetable ingredients.

Then, close the lid and cook over medium heat
Let it boil down for 20 minutes.

Then add the onion and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Lastly, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine

It tastes similar to braised short ribs.
The cooking time was 40 minutes in total.
You don't have to buy the ribs!
I really enjoyed the Chuck Eye Roll part.
It's a steak part, so it's easy to chew.
The fat part is also good because it's sticky because it's been boiled for a long time.
