How to make braised short ribs with chuck eye roll for steak. 40
As you can see, I made it with rice. We only make braised short ribs on holidays or special days, right? It's a tricky and cumbersome food. It doesn't take blood out or marinate it with meat sauce I'll tell you how to make it really simple. Actually, I didn't use ribs, but I used cheap steak chuck eye rolls. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, prepare the vegetable ingredients.
1/2 onion, potato and carrot are good sizes to eat

Cut the meat into big pieces.
I used 390g of Chuck Eyelor from USA.

Add seasoning ingredients and mix well.
Add half a cup of water when you grind onions.

Pour cooking oil into the pot
Add potatoes, carrots, and meat and stir-fry.

Then, close the lid and cook over medium heat
Let it boil down for 20 minutes.

Then add the onion and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Lastly, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine
Grab the smell and drag it out one more time, and that's it.

It tastes similar to braised short ribs.
The cooking time was 40 minutes in total.
You don't have to buy the ribs!
I really enjoyed the Chuck Eye Roll part.
It's a steak part, so it's easy to chew.
The fat part is also good because it's sticky because it's been boiled for a long time.
