How to make beef bulgogi golden recipe without failure
One of the menus I've been making the most often these days is beef bulgogi. It's one of the dishes that you can eat deliciously while making it really easy Children and adults like it, so if you marinate it in the sauce and eat it from time to time, it disappears like a crab How about a dinner menu?

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Please use a kitchen towel to remove the blood as much as possible :) And if necessary, I think it would be good to cut it once
STEP 2/14
Add 1 ts of oligosaccharide to the blood-red beef and mix If you don't have oligosaccharide, sugar is good
Let stand for about 20 minutes
STEP 3/14
After 20 minutes, add 5Ts of soy sauce, 2Ts of sesame oil, and 1Ts of starch syrup
STEP 4/14
Please add 2TS of cooking wine
STEP 5/14
It's good to add 1ts of minced garlic and a little bit of ginger powder
STEP 6/14
Add some pepper. :)
STEP 7/14
Mix it again so that the sauce gets soaked well
STEP 8/14
If you grind onions in a 1/2 grater, it tastes much better :)
STEP 9/14
Grind 1/2 pears into the grater
STEP 10/14
It's better if you season it like this and put plastic wrap on it and ripen it for about 30 minutes :)
STEP 11/14
Chop up a carrot
STEP 12/14
Chop up a root of green onion
STEP 13/14
Place only seasoned meat in a wok or pan and stir-fry quickly over high heat
When the meat is about to cook, add carrots and green onions and turn off the heat when you are out of breath
STEP 14/14
Put it nicely in a bowl and finish it with sesame seeds, and the beef bulgogi is done :)
1Ts = 15ml 1ts = 5ml

The recipe itself is slightly seasoned, so if you add soy sauce and sugar, you'll like it

It's 300 grams of beef, but I changed apples instead of pears and added onions and mushrooms. There were a lot of vegetables, so the amount of seasoning was similar, but maybe it's because there was a lot of water from the vegetables when stir-frying, or the large spoon was different from my spoon, so I added soy sauce and sugar..I didn't have cooking wine, soju, and wine, so I just did it without it, but it was okay.

I adjusted it to one-third of the sauce with 200g of bulgogi, and it became very delicious~ From now on, I'll have to use this recipe for bulgogi. Thank you.^^

I like soy sauce because it's bland.I added a couple of extra sugar! I didn't grind onions because I was lazy I added apple juice instead of pear
