Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Boil the kelp stock for 10 minutes.
STEP 2/9
It's good to boil it a lot and cool it down to use it for other dishes. We can add broth later because of the glass noodles, so we prepare plenty.

Prepare the vegetables as they are.
STEP 4/9
Divide the beef into the broth little by little and put it in like blanching it. (It's not greasy and it's a bit thick, so I put it in first.)
Thin meat tastes better with vegetables and boiling it^^

Add green onions, onions, and other vegetables first
Add the dead vegetables later.
It's good with cabbage. Sweet rice cake

Add mushrooms, soaked noodles and bring to a boil.
