Easy rice cooker pork kimchi stew
It's a simple recipe for kimchi stew for two people (you can eat it alone) using a rice cooker. If you cook rice before cooking the stew, you can use the rice water that came out then I applied Pponglim's Jongwon Baek kimchi stew recipe

Cooking Steps

I used pork back leg meat Pork belly has a lot of fat, so it's greasy, and legs are low in fat, and the meat is crunchy when you cook stew
I buy 2kg of back leg meat, cut it for stew, season it with salt and pepper, store it in a pack, and cut it off every time I use it
You can buy it right away and write it down
If you fill a cup, it becomes 2 servings of stew You can take more pictures than the picture
I wrote it with a bit of defrosting It's good to eat if you cut a finger in size

If you fill a cup of kimchi, it'll be 2 servings of stew
When it's cooked well, you can freeze it and take it out when you cook the stew

I put all the ingredients except sesame oil

Add water until the ingredients are submerged and stir well
I put in a cup of water equivalent to 250ml.
250ml is one mug
If you cooked rice first, it's good to use the rice water that came out then

After 20 minutes
Add half a spoon of sesame oil and 1T of sugar and stir
Completion
*The sesame oil needs to go in at the end to taste really good
*If kimchi has a strong sour or spicy taste, add a little more sugar and stir
