Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Please chop the perilla leaves.
STEP 2/6
Chop and chop Cheongyang chili peppers.
STEP 3/6
Please cut the sundae into thick pieces.

Make red pepper paste with red pepper powder, soy sauce, perilla powder, crushed garlic, ginger liquor, salt, and pepper.
STEP 5/6
Add beef bone broth and sundae and bring to a boil.
If the sundae is warm, add the beef bone broth when it boils.
STEP 6/6
When it boils, add sliced spring onions, seasoned red-pepper sauce, perilla seed powder, and shredded perilla leaves to complete.
You can use other stews or soups as long as you make seasoned red-pepper sauce. If you want to enjoy it more, you can also buy the intestines and put them in.
