Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Peel the radishes and cut them into sizes that the child can pick up with chopsticks. It's good if it's 1.5cm wide.
STEP 2/9
Add thick salt to radish and mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. Mix once in between.
STEP 3/9
I'm going to put the paprika in a blender. Remove seeds and cut into appropriate sizes.
STEP 4/9
Slice apples and onions into paprika sizes, and prepare chives and garlic. Cut the chives into 2-3cm long pieces and prepare them.
STEP 5/9
Prepare 100g of glutinous rice paste after making it in advance, and mix salted shrimp and salted anchovies.
STEP 6/9
Mix paprika, apple, onion and garlic in blender and grind. Then add salted shrimp and anchovy sauce and grind it one more time.
STEP 7/9
Rinse pickled radish in cold water and drain. Then add the fine red pepper powder and mix it.
STEP 8/9
Then add paprika juice and glutinous rice paste and mix well.
STEP 9/9
Add chives at the end and mix it. It's done. Put it in a kimchi container, leave it at room temperature for a day, and put it in the refrigerator. It's good to eat after 2-3 days.

I was more attracted to this recipe than a simple recipe because I thought kimchi should have glutinous rice paste and salted shrimp. It's so cool and delicious after two days of making it. I bought it wrong with the unflattering radish, but the sauce saved it
