How to make braised beef brisket with Jongwon Baek peanut sauce~
Today, I made braised beef brisket that you can eat meat and vegetables at once.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom (1 bag) and tear it apart with your hands.
Slice onions (1/2) and carrots (1/3) thinly.
Cut chives into pieces similar to enoki mushrooms.
* There are shiitake mushrooms, but I didn't have them, so I passed.
STEP 2/9
Add 2/3 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper and carefully mix the vegetables.
* In the recipe for braised beef brisket with Jongwon Baek, I put in bean sprouts and mix them together, but I forgot to put in bean sprouts, so I used them separately crying

Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly in running water and mix them gently with 1 small spoon of salt.

Put 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoon vinegar, 2 tablespoon fish sauce, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoon sesame, and 100ml of water in a blender or blender and grind finely to make peanut sauce.

Place beef brisket and add seasoned vegetables on top.
(Beef brisket) Roll it with a little flour on both ends.
* You have to put flour on it so that the meat doesn't get loosened when you steam it.

Put a lot of bean sprouts on the steamer first.
On top of that, beef brisket rolls fill it up.
* Place beef brisket roll with the ends facing down.

When the water boils up, place a steamer full of fillings, close the lid, and steam the beef brisket until the color disappears.
I think I steamed it for 6-7 minutes.
