STEP 1/7
Material preparation
- I have one tomato left at home, so I put it in to use it, but it can be omitted.
STEP 2/7
Tip. You can prepare anything. I prepared a wide Chinese noodle. When preparing glass noodles, soak them in water in advance. Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely if you have prepared.
- Shred onion and cut sausage into bite-sized pieces
STEP 3/7
- Add some oil in the pan and stir-fry onions, sausages, mushrooms, and tomatoes
STEP 4/7
- When onions become transparent, boil them with rice cake, cabbage, tomato sauce, ketchup, and milk
STEP 5/7
Tip. Boil until the ingredients are cooked and add sugar if the sour taste is strong and salt if the seasoning is weak
STEP 6/7
- When the seasoning is done, add the soaked glass noodles and boil it until it's cooked
STEP 7/7
Rose tteokbokki is done!
1. The sauce is self-made, so it's delicious to eat baked bread next to it.
2. There are olives in the commercial tomato sauce I used. The one with olives was good, too. If you have one, put it in.
