Homemade meat sauce (ragu sauce) that is made simple
Make it simple using commercial tomato sauce. I made it thick and kept it, and then I adjusted the concentration with the stock so that it can be dipped in pasta, lasagna, and baguette.

Cooking Steps

Lastly, add butter and set the taste.
It's also delicious to make meat sauce pasta with saesongi mushrooms. It's good to set the concentration with chicken stock.If it's 150g of boiled noodles for one person, it's good to adjust it to 4 oz of meat sauce (120g) and 4 oz of chicken stock (120g). You can keep it in the refrigerated for a week
