STEP 1/10
There's soy sauce left. If you don't have any soy sauce left, you can replace it with seasoned soy sauce. Or after you finish eating marinated crab or shrimp, there's soy sauce left. You can boil it again, cool it down, and use it as seasoned soy sauce.
STEP 2/10
To give it a spicy taste, add red pepper oil (instead of sesame oil); finely chop red pepper and cheongyang pepper. Add minced garlic.
STEP 3/10
Since it's grilled skewers, I thought it would be necessary to make a more smoked scent, so I added some smoked paprika powder. And mix well. If you want a sweet taste, you can add honey or sugar. The soy sauce for marinated crab is not that salty and has various flavors, so I didn't add sweet taste.
STEP 4/10
If you mix it well, the sauce for grilled shrimp skewers is complete.
STEP 5/10
The squid used the trimmed frozen squid. So I just defrosted it without having to trim it. It's a rattle.
STEP 6/10
I cut it into thick pieces. Cut the legs into two pieces. I cut the body in half and cut it into big pieces.
STEP 7/10
Put the cut squid on the skewer. I'm going to eat it at home, so it would be better if you put a lot of squid on the skewers and pour it. Even though it's one.
STEP 8/10
Spread the sauce and add a little sauce. And let it marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.
STEP 9/10
Pour the sauce into the heated pan. Grill the squid skewers. Squid cooks quickly, so 1 to 2 minutes is enough. Grill with seasonings in between.
STEP 10/10
I've prepared lemons. If you put the well-done red squid skewers on a plate, it's done.
