STEP 1/9
Ask for the pork front leg meat as a lump for boiled pork, and it is delicious when there is some pork fat.
The ingredient says to add only 1 onion, but I added a little more onions because I have some left at home.
STEP 2/9
Slice and spread onions on the bottom of the pot.
STEP 3/9
Place pork forelegs on top of onions.
STEP 4/9
I put in 1/4 of kimchi soup and ripe kimchi.
STEP 5/9
Put 2 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of soybean paste, 2 tablespoon of cooking wine, and cover the lid.
STEP 6/9
Boil 1 lump of pork over high heat for 60 minutes, 2 lumps over high heat for 50 minutes, and 3 lumps over high heat for 40 minutes. Turn it upside down every 15 to 20 minutes so that it can be cooked evenly.
STEP 7/9
Boil it according to the cooking time above and cut the meat and kimchi with scissors. And then add the green onions. (I've also sprinkled a little pepper.) Cover over medium heat for another 5 minutes.
STEP 9/9
After mixing the ingredients, wrap the meat in kimchi and eat it.
If there is ripened kimchi left during kimchi making, there is a 0% chance of failure to buy only pork and make it easily. LOL. It guarantees a super simple taste!! It was braised kimchi with pork and ripened kimchi.
