Material preparation
- Refer to the shrimp dough recipe @6899378
- I used half of the amount of shrimp batter rash.

- Stir-fry shrimp head and peel in a pot with a little olive oil

- Boil the egg noodle in boiling water and rinse it in cold water

- With the finished broth
Add solid chicken stock, soy sauce, fish sauce, and salt for the rest

- Boil shrimp dumplings and boiled noodles
Tip. If you think of dumplings, they're all cooked.

Shrimp wonton noodles are done!
1. You can use anchovy broth instead of shrimp heads and shrimp shells.
2. I like other side dishes instead of egg noodles.
