Rosti is Switzerland's representative home-made dish, which is a dish that is sliced or ground with potatoes and is loved by many people because it has a similar texture to Korean crispy potato pancakes. Cooking Steps

(Beef minced meat, carrot, onion, minced garlic, pancake mix, egg, salt, pepper, cooking wine)

Chop the onions and carrots, knead all the ingredients well to make a round patty, and leave in the refrigerator for 10 to 20 minutes.
(Cut the onion and carrot into small pieces. If you cut it big, vegetables may come out or the patty may crack when you grill the patty.)

Cook patties over medium-low heat.
(When half-cooked, put a spoonful of water in the frying pan and close the lid to cook gently without burning the patty.)

It's time to make Rostiburn.
Slice the potatoes as thin as possible.
(Use a chopping knife or slice thinly with a knife.)

Add the shredded potatoes, shred cheese, salt, pepper, and pancake mix and mix evenly.
(Do not rinse the shredded potatoes in water. Make sure that the starch in the potatoes sticks well to each other when baking.)

Take the shape and size of the round bun and cook it crispy on medium heat. (You have to turn it upside down when one side is fully cooked so that the shape is not disturbed.)

Prepare fresh vegetables, eggs, and cheese for the Rosti burger.

Cook eggs, half-cooked and hard-boiled, to taste

Stack well on a plate, in the order of Rusty-Paprika-Patty-Cheese-Egg-Tomato-Chicurry-Rusty.
