I'm a family of meat fans, so I made seasoned scallions all the time, so I bought a separate scallion knife and used it, but it was so uncomfortable
It's uncomfortable to roll it up
So the way I came up with it is to just cut it and make it lol
Don't chop the seasoned scallions and make them comfortable
The two green onions are thin as they'repeat~

2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon and a half of sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar)

It takes less than 10 minutes to make
At the end, you can add sesame salt or not
Add or subtract sugar to your liking
It's okay to add 2 tablespoons
When you eat it with meat, it tastes better when the seasoning is strong
