I saw raw shrimp while buying stingray, so I bought a little to make salted shrimp

Ingredients
  • Raw shrimp
    1kg
  • a sun-dried salt
    1300g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
It's 1kg of raw shrimp.
STEP 2/7
Take it out of the plastic bag, put it in a bowl, and pick out non-shrimps.
You can just mix it, but I think it'll be cleaner if you pick it out.

Add 1kg of sea salt to the raw shrimp.

And mix it gently.

Wash it clean and put the mixed shrimp in a dry container.

Then add about 300g of thick salt on top.

Leave it outside until the thick salt melts, let it ripen for about 3 months, and put it in the refrigerator to eat
Salted shrimp needs to be salty. Add a lot of salt
