Making avocado kimchi fried rice!
I made avocado kimchi fried rice today!! Just make kimchi fried rice quickly and cut avocado and put it on top. It goes well with the savory avocado and kimchi Avocado is a low-sugar food, so I think it's good to put it in fried rice that uses a lot of oil to increase satiety and lower calories

Ingredients
  • instant rice

  • Kimchi
    300g
  • Avocado
    1ea
  • Garlic
    1T
  • Soy sauce
    1T
  • Red pepper powder
    1T
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Bacon
    4piece
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • Avocado oil
    3T
  • leek
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut kimchi into appropriate sizes, add 1T of garlic, 1T of soy sauce, and 1T of red pepper powder and mix together.
STEP 2/8
Stir-fry avocado oil until scallion is on top and make green onion oil.
STEP 3/8
Stir-fry bacon in green onion oil.
STEP 4/8
Next, add onions and stir-fry.
STEP 5/8
Add the seasoned kimchi and stir-fry it well!!
STEP 6/8
If the kimchi is well fried, turn off the heat and mix with rice.
STEP 7/8
Then kimchi fried rice is done
STEP 8/8
Put avocado and egg on top of kimchi fried rice and it's done!!
