- Slice onions, paprika, green pepper, and thickly slice bacon
- Prepare bok choy by removing the bottom only

- boiling noodles in boiling water
- Rinse in cold water and serve on a sieve after boiling
Tip. While stir-frying vegetables, boil them on the side.

- Stir-fry a little bit of oil, minced garlic, and bacon in a pan

- When onions become transparent, stir-fry noodles, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cooking wine except bok choy and bean sprouts

- If mixed evenly, add bean sprouts and bok choy, then turn off the heat and cook with residual heat

- Taste it and add oyster sauce if it's not enough, or add sugar if it's salty or sweet

Stir-fried egg noodles with egg noodles. Stir-fried noodles are done!
1. Choose peperoncino, bed nam pepper, and cheongyang pepper when you want it to be spicy.
2. If it's a thin spaghetti with the most similar texture to noodle, I recommend ramen next.
