"Special" Convenient Rice Cooker Herbal Chicken Porridge

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Put a cup of rice and wash it in a pot
I'm going to put all the other parts of the chicken, except for the dry breast, into the bones
Add garlic and the ingredients for samgyetang in the pack and pour water until all the ingredients are submerged. Pour water and stir evenly so that the rice does not sink to the bottom
*Chicken without skin is trimmed with fat
So you can make chicken porridge light and not greasy
But dry breast is not tasty because it doesn't have much fat. You can put all the parts, but if you put all of them in the rice cooker for 6 people, the water overflows during cooking, so remove the breast from the entire fish and use it as a different dish
It was good even though I used regular rice instead of glutinous rice
* It's good if you put a lot of garlic in it. (If you don't have whole garlic, you can also eat minced garlic.)
STEP 2/3
Let's cook white rice and wait for about 30 minutes
If you take out the oriental medicine ingredient pack and add salt and pepper

* Stir it a few times with a rice spoon to separate the flesh and large bones
You can take out the bones like that

*If you think it's too dry, add water and stir it. :)
*It's okay to make a porridge with a cup of new rice and chicken again ^^ You can use the leftover breast or use the boiled meat again
