You can't grill it on charcoal at home I chose to grill it in a pan and dip it in the sauce. It's even better if you squeeze a little lemon and dip it in the sauce. It's made by putting onions, ginger, garlic, eggs, and potato starch in the pork chop For liver, I used tsuyu and usta sauce together.

Prepare a sauce to dip in tsukune. I made the sauce first because I have to use egg whites. Beat in the egg yolk with tsuyu. You can stir it on the spot when you eat it without mixing it.

Add 2 egg whites, tsuyu, and usta sauce. I put the egg white except for the yolk that I used as the sauce. And I added some rice wine to catch the smell. I think it needs to be sticky and knead it with potato starch powder so that it can clump together. Please pat it like when you make hamburger steak. That's how you get persistence.

I made 6 tsukune and 2 dumplings. If you want a more spicy tsukune, it would be good to cut and add Cheongyang red pepper.

Grease a heated pan with olive oil and bake. I laid the foil that didn't stick and baked it.

It's a tsukune that's been baked golden. I wanted to make the outside look burnt. I thought that would make it feel like it's grilled over charcoal. Don't cook over high heat, but cook gently over medium-low heat so that the insides can be fully cooked. And put on one side of the lemon.

And prepare the egg yolk sauce that you made beforehand. Then Tsukune, Izakaya's side dish for alcohol, is complete. Squeeze the lemon right before you eat it and dip it in the yolk sauce. It's really good.
